We can provide a summary report with GL numbers and amounts and, in many cases, even automate the journal entries into your accounting system. Almost magic, but it works. - PTO (paid time off) reporting so each Employee sees their PTO balance on their pay stub. We can also provide each employee a login & password whereas each Employee can logon and view paystubs, W-2s, and PTO balances. No more calling the payroll & HR departments asking questions.
- Multiple logins can be provided to each company to ensure people only have access to the payroll information you want them to see. Confidentiality is important, your payroll information can be secure and protected.
- If you generate payroll spreadsheets during each payroll, we can even enter the payroll data for you.
